Approach
• Briefed creative teams (design, copy, motion) on asset requirements for each phase: Tease → Educate → Launch → Sustain. • Used adidas’ master campaign tracker to monitor progress and ensure all deliverables were submitted on time, in full (OTIF) for review and deployment. • Coordinated localisation checks and ensured consistent tone and visual alignment across markets. • Conducted final QA to verify accuracy, brand integrity, and responsiveness before uploading to adidas’ internal content library for regional distribution. • Maintained proactive communication across design, marketing, and media teams to anticipate blockers and manage dependencies smoothly.
